Entitlement:

  • 14 days (1–5 years),
  • 21 days (5–10 years),
  • 28 days (10–20 years),
  • 35 days (20+ years).

Eligibility: After 6 months within a 12-month period.

Maternity Leave

  • 90 days total (45 before + 45 after).
  • May reduce pre-birth to minimum of 10 days (DNU 70/2023).
  • Paid by ANSES based on last 6 months’ average.
  • Employer must not contribute to health but coverage continues.
  • Notification required after 10 weeks of pregnancy.
