BIOGRAPHY
Versatile and forward-thinking professional, with a unique career spanning roles in risk, compliance, administration, research, and consulting. Before moving to SERVIAP, Caldwell focused on defense and intelligence consulting in the Washington D.C. area.
Hired in late 2019 to head sales for the PEO division, Caldwell has driven revenue growth of over 70% year-over-year. He is now in charge of replicating SERVIAP’s sales operations in LatAm in other regions of the globe.
Caldwell speaks near-native Spanish, having lived and worked in over six Spanish-speaking countries, including Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, and Spain. He holds a degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Hobbies
Caldwell enjoys cycling around Mexico City, dining out, film/ theater, and any number of activities in the big city. He is also an avid traveler, going frequently to various parts of the United States and Europe.
